All new clients begin with an initial consultation. Depending on the appointment type, both in-clinic and online options may be available to help provide flexibility and convenience for individuals and families.

Online consultations may be particularly helpful for those travelling from out of town, for parents wishing to discuss developmental or behavioural concerns prior to an in-clinic pediatric assessment, or for children who may initially find clinic environments overstimulating.

Care at Élan is individualized and guided by your specific concerns, goals, and response to care over time, with treatment recommendations adjusted based on what is identified along the way.

Existing clients who have not been seen within the past 12 months, or who have experienced significant changes in their health, may be asked to schedule a new consultation prior to continuing care.
